More Pseudo-Spread Experiments

Some studies for an ongoing collaborative project.
Early work, so no antialising etc.

The colour of each shell is related to the amount of the mesh that is visible (ie not discarded in the fragment shader).

All meshes are rendered inside one GLSL patch.
